menetalk is looking for a Remote Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. This role focuses on B2B sales and offers an opportunity to contribute to company growth while using CRM software to manage client information and sales pipelines effectively.
Key Duties
- Identify and generate new business leads through telemarketing and networking
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting products and services
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for satisfaction and repeat business
- Utilise CRM software to track sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently, following company policies
- Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies that maximise sales opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills for managing multiple client accounts
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
