Job Description

GrowYourClinic is a fast-growing sales firm working in the medical industry across the UK and US, looking for a sharp, reliable virtual assistant to help manage inbound enquiries across its 10 clients.

What you’ll be doing

• Replying to inbound leads via WhatsApp and SMS
• Answering basic questions and booking appointments
• Sending out payment links and following up with leads
• Re-engaging cold leads and no-shows
• Keeping GrowYourClinic CRM (GoHighLevel) updated

What GrowYourClinic is looking for

• Excellent written English (must sound natural and human)
• Comfortable adapting tone between UK and US customers
• Sales-minded, focused on closing the booking
• Fast, responsive, and proactive
• Organised and able to juggle multiple accounts
• Reliable internet and a quiet working environment

Role details

• Full-time, long-term position
• Hours overlap with UK and US time zones
• Full training provided on systems and scripts
• Each client has their own Notion knowledge base for easy reference
