Key Responsibilities

  • Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.

  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to information.

  • Provide clerical support to team members as needed, including typing correspondence and reports.

  • Organise meetings and prepare necessary materials for presentations or discussions.

Requirements

  • Previous office experience is essential; administrative experience is highly desirable.

  • Proficient computer skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
