Role of Restaurant Administrator

The main focus of the role is to support the restaurant management team and administer weekly stock takes, providing accurate and timely administrative and data input assistance within the catering department. The role ensures that all daily and weekly tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Use the Zonal System

• Investigate stock taking variances and take appropriate action

• Collate and process all invoices and stock control paperwork efficiently and timely

• Ensure compliance with company system security procedures to minimize internal and external losses

About You

• Strong IT and systems skills

• Knowledge of Zonal system is desirable but not essential

• Confident using MS Office

• Strong administration and organisational skills

• Good communication skills, liaising with employees, including the chef team and head office
