Job Overview

AUM Care Group UK Ltd is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Hindi, English, and Gujarati to communicate effectively with patients and provide high-quality care. UK visa sponsorship is available after completion of a 4–6 month probation period.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

• Monitor and record vital signs to ensure patients’ health and comfort

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

• Assist nurses and healthcare professionals with medical tasks

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the patient’s surroundings

• Communicate effectively with patients and their families in Hindi, English, and Gujarati

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role (preferred)

• Fluent in Hindi, English, and Gujarati

• Caring and empathetic attitude towards patients

• Basic knowledge of healthcare procedures and hygiene practices

• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

• Relevant healthcare certification (preferred but not mandatory)
