X-Forces Enterprise (XFE) provides free-to-access services for the Armed Forces community, including veterans, service leavers, reservists, spouses, family members, and cadets. Role Description

This is a part-time on-site & hybrid role based in central Reading for a Digital Marketing Executive. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting and executing marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, creating engaging web content, and analysing web performance metrics. The role involves close collaboration with internal & contractor teams to promote XFE’s mission and build strong connections within the community.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Marketing Communication to create campaigns and effectively connect with diverse audiences.
• Experience in Social Media Marketing, including managing campaigns and engaging with online communities.
• Strong skills in Web Content Writing to craft compelling messaging for websites and digital platforms.
• Knowledge of Web Analytics tools to review and optimise online performance metrics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Familiarity with military community affairs or a passion for supporting the Armed Forces community is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
