Important Training Requirement

To set you up for success, all new starters must be available for 2 weeks of full-time, on-site training at our Seaham office.
This training is fully paid and takes place Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling inbound customer service and complaint calls

• Exploring customer needs and matching the right solutions for their household

• Building rapport and ensuring every customer feels listened to and valued

• Assisting with enquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing effective solutions

• No previous experience is required – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

• Experience in retail, care, hospitality, warehouse, hair & beauty, customer service, or sales is welcome.

Part-Time Shift Patterns (20 Hours per Week)

This role offers structured part-time hours.

Morning Shift Options

08:00 – 12:00 (Monday–Friday, with weekend work included as part of the rota) – Weekend shifts for this pattern may fall anytime between 08:00 and 14:00

08:45 – 12:45 (Monday–Friday only)

09:00 – 13:00 (Monday–Friday only)

09:30 – 13:30 (Monday–Friday only)

09:45 – 13:45 (Monday–Friday only)

Late Shifts

17:00 – 21:00 (Monday–Friday only)

Weekend working only applies to the 08:00 – 12:00 shift pattern.

All other shifts are weekday only.
