The Role

Precision Lifestyle Group is looking for a Junior Social Media and Marketing exec who thinks differently and moves fast.

This role goes beyond Instagram. The role involves working across multiple platforms including TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), Reddit, and Telegram — as well as supporting automation and AI-driven workflows.

The candidate should be comfortable experimenting, using AI tools daily, and bringing fresh, out-the-box ideas that actually perform.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Film and edit short-form content (Reels & TikTok)
• Capture treatments, transformations, and in-studio footage
• Create carousels and simple graphics using templates or AI tools

Multi-Platform Management

• Schedule and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Reddit, and Telegram
• Adapt content per platform (not copy/paste)
• Optimise captions, hooks, and posting times

AI & Automation

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut, Canva, etc.) for content, captions, and ideas
• Support building simple automations (scheduling, responses, workflows)
• Identify ways to save time and scale content output

Engagement & Growth

• Respond to DMs and comments quickly
• Engage in Reddit threads and niche communities where relevant
• Support Telegram audience growth and engagement
• Spot trends early and act on them

Brand Execution

• Maintain a premium, clean, and consistent aesthetic
• Follow brand tone across all four brands
• Balance creativity with structure

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Comfortable using or learning X, Reddit, and Telegram
• Familiar with AI tools and open to using them daily
• Interest in automation and improving workflows
• Creative thinker — brings ideas, not just follows trends
• Fast, proactive, and organised
• Good eye for content, lighting, and detail

Bonus (Not Essential)

• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Basic understanding of analytics or growth metrics
• Previous content creation (personal brand or freelance)
