Job Summary
Teals Day Provision Ltd is a day centre supporting clients with learning disabilities to access a variety of activities in the local community. Teals Day Provision Ltd is based in Chandler’s Ford on a Tuesday and Wednesday and in Totton on a Monday and Thursday.
Teals Day Provision Ltd is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join the team. The successful candidate will provide support to clients in a variety of activities and provide transport between activities as required. No experience necessary as full training will be given.
Key Duties
Assist clients to take part in a variety of activities
Promote independence
Drive clients between activities as required
Requirements
Must be able to drive and have access to a car to transport clients between activities
Be prepared to work flexibly across all 4 days
