Company Overview

ThinkHub is a growing multi-hub business operating across education, marketing, and technical support. ThinkHub is expanding and is looking for a confident Sales Caller / Sales Executive to support outbound sales activity both for ThinkHub itself and for clients under ThinkHub Marketing who require sales calls to be made on their behalf.

This is a hands-on, phone-based sales role. You must be comfortable making calls.

  • ThinkHub Academy – tutoring and education services

  • ThinkHub Marketing – marketing and sales services for businesses

  • ThinkHub Technical Support – technical and digital support

This role supports all three pillars, with a strong focus on outbound sales calls.

The Role

You will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to generate leads, book calls, and support conversions. Calls will be made both:

  • To sell ThinkHub services, and

  • On behalf of ThinkHub Marketing clients who outsource sales activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential clients using provided scripts and lead lists

  • Carry out follow-up calls and warm lead calls

  • Book discovery calls or progress prospects to the next stage

  • Represent ThinkHub and its clients professionally on the phone

  • Update call outcomes and lead notes accurately

  • Support basic outreach via email or LinkedIn where required

  • Work closely with the Founder and Marketing Lead to improve scripts and approach

What ThinkHub Is Looking For

  • Confident and clear phone manner

  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, call centres, recruitment, or business development is strongly preferred

  • Resilient, persuasive, and target-driven

  • Reliable, organised, and professional

  • Comfortable working remotely and independently

Pay & Hours

  • £12.50–£15 per hour, depending on experience and performance

  • Part-time hours initially

  • Flexible scheduling (to be agreed in advance)

  • Opportunity for additional hours as ThinkHub grows

Expected hours: 2 – 5 per week
