Job Description
What you’ll do?
Every day as a Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same – life-changing.
You will:
- Support residents to remain independent within their Extra Care apartments
- Offer companionship and reassurance
- Provide a reassuring presence and build meaningful, day-to-day connections
- Assist with medication, mobility, and mealtime support
- Work closely with an on-site, dedicated care team, ensuring continuity and quality of care
- Deliver personal care with dignity, respect, and sensitivity
- Respond promptly to care calls or emergency alarms within the scheme
- Encourage social engagement and participation in on-site activities and community life
