Job Summary
Lift Firth Park is seeking an exceptional Assistant Principal (Mathematics) to join the Senior Leadership Team.

Whole-School Mathematics Leadership
- Lead the strategic vision for mathematics

- Ensure consistency and high expectations in maths teaching
Senior Leadership Contribution
- Contribute to whole-school strategy and improvement planning

Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Degree in Mathematics (or related subject), PGCE, and Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience teaching or leading in a UK school
- Strong record of improving student outcomes in mathematics
- Strong understanding of evidence-informed maths pedagogy
- Experience in improving outcomes in a school setting
- Ability to inspire and influence staff at all levels
Desirable
- Experience leading whole-school or cross-curricular initiatives
- Experience working in challenging contexts or driving rapid improvement
