Care Sante is looking for care and support workers to join established teams in the local communities of Haringey in the areas below:

• N15
• N17

Working Hours

Full and part-time positions available with shift patterns:

• Mornings: 7am–3pm
• Evenings: 3pm–10pm
• Saturday and Sunday

Job Description

Care and Support Workers will provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

• Helping service users overcome mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including use and care of aids and personal equipment
• Support with administering medication
• Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes
• Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks
• Assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements
• Contribute as needed to a person’s end-of-life care

Requirements

• Have a right to work within the UK
• No previous experience is necessary, but must demonstrate compassion, strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and commitment to high-quality, respectful care
