Support Worker Opportunities – Ely, Soham, Littleport, Haddenham and Sutton
Westminster Care is looking for individuals with the right values, behaviours, and attitudes to deliver outstanding support to service users in Supported Living and community care teams based in Ely and nearby regions.
No prior experience is required. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. Ideally, candidates should be a driver with their own transport. Visits in this service are usually a minimum of 1 hour.

Working Hours & Services
Westminster Care services are provided 24/7, with flexible shifts tailored to availability. Workers are matched with regular customers to ensure continuity and stronger relationships.
Roles are also available within domiciliary care services, and staff may be asked to work across services when needed.
- Supported Living roles include waking night shifts and sleep-in duties
- Community Teams offer visits ranging from 1 to 9 hours
