As part of its expansion, Trade Prices Direct is looking for a proactive and efficient Customer Service / Administrator to join the remote team. This role is essential for maintaining smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

The Customer Service / Administrator will act as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information and assistance.

  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy at all times.

  • Assist in processing orders, coordinating between departments to ensure smooth fulfillment.

  • Address customer complaints or issues, escalating when necessary for timely resolution.

  • Collaborate with sales, surveyors, and installation teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the management team.

  • Manage scheduling and appointments as required.

Work Schedule & Location

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday

  • Work Location: Fully remote, allowing work from home

Position Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or administrative roles.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Comfortable using software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in customer service or administration.
