Duties
Make outbound calls to prospective clients, primarily focusing on B2B sales opportunities
Present and promote products and services persuasively to potential customers
Maintain detailed records of call interactions and update customer information using Salesforce
Analyse customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly to maximise engagement
Follow up with leads generated from initial contact to convert prospects into clients
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets and expanding market reach
Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries professionally and efficiently
Keep abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to enhance sales effectiveness
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles is preferred
Strong analysis skills to identify customer needs and tailor approaches effectively
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageos
Excellent verbal communication skills, confident in engaging diverse audiences
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently within a target-driven environment
