Responsibilities
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively to meet organisational targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for expanding market reach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using IT systems
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Manage a pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to convert prospects into loyal customers
Skills and Requirements
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events
Proven experience in B2B sales environments with a track record of achieving targets
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
