Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients

  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively to meet organisational targets

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for expanding market reach

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using IT systems

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally

Skills and Requirements
