Role Overview

As a Remote Customer Sales Advisor, you will:

  • Work from home in a virtual contact centre.

  • Help customers safeguard their household electrical items through insurance cover options.

  • Present features and benefits of protection plans clearly and address customer queries.

  • Ensure the best possible outcome for each customer interaction.

Shift Patterns

Earlies:

  • Mon: 10:00 – 18:30

  • Tues – Thurs: 9:30 – 18:30

  • Fri: 9:30 – 16:00

Lates:

  • Mon: 10:30 – 19:00

  • Tues – Thurs: 10:00 – 19:00

  • Fri: 9:30 – 16:00

Breaks:

  • 60-minute lunch

  • 2 x 15-minute breaks

Shifts alternate between early and late patterns.

Training & Development
