Role Overview
New Age Recruiters is looking for a Digital Marketing & PR Intern with prior exposure to branding, public relations, and social media management. This role is ideal for someone who already understands how brands communicate online and wants hands-on experience growing a recruitment brand.
Key Responsibilities
Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
Assist in building brand awareness and engagement
Help design basic creatives (posts, reels, stories)
Research trends and suggest content ideas
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns
Track engagement and performance metrics
Required Skills & Experience
Prior experience or internship exposure in digital marketing, branding, or PR
Demonstrated experience managing or contributing to social media pages (personal or professional)
Understanding of brand positioning and online reputation
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta platforms, LinkedIn
Strong written communication and content-writing skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience with basic PR outreach or media coordination
Knowledge of content calendars and campaign planning
Interest in healthcare or recruitment branding
