Key Responsibilities
Supervise all hotel operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service
Manage front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
Handle guest complaints and provide exceptional customer service
Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
Monitor expenses and ensure profitability
Collaborate with sales and marketing to attract new guests
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and regulations
Conduct hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Requirements
Leadership experience in the hospitality industry
Strong management and supervisory skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
Familiarity with human resources practices
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Multilingual skills are a plus
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
