Job Description

we get any stock ltd is looking for a reliable and organised Admin Intern to support day-to-day office operations. This role is based in the Luton office.

Responsibilities

  • Managing emails, calls, and general office correspondence
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the team with filing, documentation, and admin tasks
  • Coordinating with internal teams where needed
  • Ordering office supplies and keeping the office running smoothly
  • Any other tasks as required by the business

Requirements

  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage own workload
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional attitude and punctual
  • Must be able to reliably commute to Luton prior to starting
  • No prior experience needed
