Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.
Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding dining experiences.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff on menu planning, food production, and special dietary requirements.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, cost control, and budgeting.
Organise staff training programs for service excellence and culinary skills development.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand values and enhances guest experience.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong team management and leadership skills to inspire staff and foster teamwork.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards.
Familiarity with food production processes, kitchen operations, and hospitality best practices.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with staff, suppliers, and customers.
Barista or serving experience is advantageous but not essential.
Previous hotel or culinary experience is desirable to enhance operational understanding.
