This is not a support role.
This is a revenue + relationship ownership role.

You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring they get value fast, stay engaged, and expand usage over time.

What You’ll Do
1. Customer Onboarding
· Guide new customers from signup → live usage
· Ensure fast time-to-value (first bookings, first wins)
· Train users on Viewzly features and workflows
2. Account Management
· Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers
· Build strong relationships with agents, managers, and teams
· Run regular check-ins and performance reviews
3. Adoption & Engagement
· Ensure customers actively use key features
· Identify drop-offs and re-engage accounts
· Drive consistent product usage across teams
4. Upsell & Expansion
· Identify opportunities for upgrades and add-ons
· Follow up on usage signals and growth triggers
· Convert satisfied customers into higher-value plans
5. Customer Feedback Loop
· Capture feedback and feature requests
· Work with product and engineering to improve experience
· Represent the voice of the customer internally
KPIs (What You Will Be Measured On)
· Customer onboarding completion rate
· Time-to-value (first success milestone)
· Retention rate (churn reduction)
· Expansion revenue (upsell / upgrades)
· Customer engagement and usage
