Responsibilities

• Support scheduling and publishing of posts to optimise reach and engagement

• Track and analyse social media metrics to assess campaign performance and suggest improvements

• Contribute innovative ideas for campaigns aligned with organisational goals

• Collaborate with the marketing team on public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility

• Stay updated on current trends in social media management and digital communication

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

• Strong interest in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok

• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and creativity

• Basic understanding of social media management tools is desirable but not essential

• Knowledge of public relations principles is a plus

• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Enthusiastic about learning new skills in digital marketing and content creation
