About the Role

We’re a multi-award-winning law firm based in central London, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital presence and help drive the next phase of our growth. The candidate will be in charge of maintaining the website, optimising digital marketing campaigns and preparing the marketing material.

You’ll work closely with the partners and business development team to shape and execute our marketing strategy, attract high-value clients, and ensure our brand stands out in a competitive legal market.

The firm is able to offer Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship for a suitable candidate to work in the UK. Working arrangements and hours can be discussed.

Duties and Responsibilities

Website Support

• Maintain, expand and improve our WordPress site, including UX improvements and new build projects
• Lead on-page and technical SEO, keeping pace with Google algorithm updates
• Track performance and produce regular reports using Google Analytics, Semrush and other tools

Copywriting

• Plan and write engaging website copy, blog posts and marketing materials that convert visitors into clients
• Own the content strategy end-to-end, including keyword research and editorial planning

PPC, SEO and Social Media

• Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and paid social
• Run targeted email marketing and segmentation campaigns
• Plan organic social media content and audience growth

Graphic Design

• Create and refresh marketing materials in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for use across digital and print

Qualifications Required

• Proven experience in a similar digital marketing role, ideally within professional services
• Advanced WordPress skills — please include a portfolio of previous projects with your application
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Semrush and core SEO principles
• Confidence in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Excellent written and spoken English
• A self-starter who can manage projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
