Key Responsibilities

Analyse customer issues to identify underlying problems and suggest appropriate solutions
Assist customers with account management, including transactions and service requests
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service quality
Maintain a thorough understanding of financial products and services offered by the organisation
Follow organisational protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, preferably within financial services or related sectors
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and resolve issues efficiently
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a professional attitude
