Sweet Tee’s Wellness & Beauty is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team. The successful candidate will manage schedules, coordinate communications, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Duties
Manage and maintain calendars, organise meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently
Handle correspondence via email, phone, and other channels with professionalism
Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
Perform data entry tasks accurately within QuickBooks and other relevant software
Assist with organising travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy information retrieval
Support general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies
Ensure effective phone etiquette when liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience & Skills
Proven administrative or office experience is essential
Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in data entry and clerical work demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
