Job Overview

Sweet Tee’s Wellness & Beauty is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team. The successful candidate will manage schedules, coordinate communications, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Duties

  • Manage and maintain calendars, organise meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently

  • Handle correspondence via email, phone, and other channels with professionalism

  • Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately within QuickBooks and other relevant software

  • Assist with organising travel arrangements and accommodation bookings

  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy information retrieval

  • Support general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies

  • Ensure effective phone etiquette when liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams

  • Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience & Skills

  • Proven administrative or office experience is essential

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is highly desirable

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Experience in data entry and clerical work demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy

  • Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
