Key Duties
Manage published content across all social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand voice and identity
Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics to optimise engagement and reach
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, fostering positive community interactions
Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and innovative
Experience and Skills
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles
Strong understanding of public relations principles and their application to online platforms
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Mailchimp
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively
Experience in developing creative campaigns that drive engagement is highly desirable
