Key Responsibilities
The Support Worker will be responsible for:
Assisting clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
Supporting patients with medication administration following prescribed protocols.
Helping with daily tasks such as shopping, cleaning, and cooking.
Providing emotional support and companionship to clients.
Driving clients to appointments or social activities as required.
Performing light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Maintaining accurate care records.
Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
No previous experience is necessary; full training will be provided.
Completion of the Care Certificate if no previous qualifications.
Valid driving licence for transportation duties.
Strong communication skills and empathetic nature.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends.
