About the Role
IGP is looking for a fast, creative, and performance-focused Content Creator to produce high-volume, engaging content for Facebook campaigns. Content will be created for both internal marketing campaigns and external client accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who understands social media marketing, stays on top of current trends, and can produce content quickly without sacrificing quality. The successful candidate must be able to translate trending formats, hooks, and themes into performance-driven campaign content.
You will be responsible for creating 10–20 pieces of content per day optimised for engagement, conversions, and paid advertising performance.
Key Responsibilities
Create 10–20 pieces of Facebook content per day
Monitor current social media trends and implement relevant trends into campaign content
Adapt trending formats, angles, and messaging styles into performance marketing campaigns
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign objectives
Repurpose winning creatives into new variations
Follow brand guidelines for internal and client accounts
Test different angles, offers, and messaging styles
Stay up to date with Facebook advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices
Meet daily/weekly output targets and deadlines

Split-test creative variations
Trend-inspired content formats
Basic creative briefs for graphics/video editors (if applicable)
Requirements
Proven experience creating content for Facebook (organic or paid)
Strong understanding of persuasive writing and marketing psychology
Strong awareness of current social media trends and the ability to apply them strategically
Ability to write high-converting, concise copy
Excellent time management and ability to meet daily content targets
Ability to quickly adapt tone for different industries and brands
Comfortable working independently
Strong attention to detail

Experience working with marketing agencies
