Tribe Theatre is a Worcestershire-based youth theatre working in education. The company is seeking a freelance Administration Assistant for 3 hours per week, with hours varying based on workload and time of year.
This role is key to ensuring smooth operations, supporting the team in clerical and administrative tasks, and maintaining the company’s media presence.
Job Overview
The Administration Assistant will support Tribe Theatre LTD with a variety of tasks, including:
Scheduling timetables and online posts
Responding to emails promptly
Maintaining accurate records through data entry and clerical duties
Preparing reports and presentations using Google Suite
Organising files and documents for easy access
Supporting financial tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking
Collaborating with team members to improve office processes
Handling correspondence with clients professionally
Experience & Skills
Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in computer software, particularly Google Suite, Business Suite, and Canva
Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
Effective written communication skills
