About Angel Investors Bristol Limited
Angel Investors Bristol (AIB) was established just over two years ago and has invested nearly £2m into 17 South West-based start up businesses.
The Board has managed all the administration up to this point. Given Angel Investors Bristol Limited’s growth, the company is now looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator to support the smooth running of the club, working directly with investors, founders and the Angel Investors Bristol Limited leadership team.
Key Responsibilities

Membership oversight – onboarding, gathering skills/experience information and fee management

Diary management – scheduling meetings including Investment Committee meetings, founder calls, pitches, board meetings and other events

Event organisation – for monthly pitch nights (logistics, invitations, pitch deck prep, tech setup etc.) and other ad hoc events

Support post-investment – particularly the coordination of S/EIS certificates from Founder firms to investors following investment

Process oversight – tracking the key investment processes and maintaining key documents; creating/updating/maintaining process guides

Website – updating as required

Communications – ongoing support for PR, social media, including LinkedIn

Finance monitoring – tracking income and expenditure with relevant documentation

Time Commitment
This is a part-time role for approximately 16 hours per week.
Hours are flexible but will require attendance at weekly AIB Board calls (online), and the time requirement may vary week to week.
The set-up phase will require a need to document processes, and it will require some flexibility around peak periods (e.g. monthly pitch weeks). The exact pattern of hours can be discussed.
Remuneration

Pay: £15.00–£18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
