About the Role
Elite Assistance Limited are looking to add to the team of carers working in the Solihull borough and surrounding areas.
The mission is to assist people affected by illness or disability who choose to remain living in their own homes with all aspects of daily living. The team members are compassionate, professional individuals with positive attitudes, big smiles and flexible approaches.
This is a small care business where everyone’s contribution is highly valued. Workers travel in the community and see several people each shift, all with different stories and needs. The team is focused on treating people with respect and dignity.
Care Worker posts range from a few hours a week to full-time. Work is available at different times within the day and night, with a minimum four-hour daytime shift and nine-hour night shifts. Everyone is expected to contribute to unsociable hours, so standard 9–5 weekday availability is not suitable.
