About the Role
UniUpp is looking for confident, articulate, and target-driven Remote Sales Executives to join the UK advisory team.
This is a remote, phone-based advisory sales role working exclusively with warm and hot leads—individuals who have already expressed interest in going to university. The role involves assessing eligibility, building trust, and guiding applicants from initial enquiry to successful enrolment.
Ideal candidates have experience in telesales, call centres, customer service, recruitment, or education advisory roles and are comfortable working to KPIs and performance targets.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm (40 hours/week)
- Additional weekend morning shifts may be available
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured advisory consultations over the phone
- Manage inbound enquiries and follow up with warm leads
- Assess applicant eligibility (settlement status, age, education, work history, funding criteria)
- Explain university programmes, government funding, and career pathways
- Handle objections and address applicant concerns confidently
- Collect, verify, and organise supporting documentation
- Submit complete applications and manage cases through the CRM system
- Liaise with university admissions teams to ensure smooth and compliant enrolment
Candidate Requirements
- Must currently reside in the United Kingdom
- Confident, professional telephone manner with strong spoken English
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, recruitment, or education advisory roles (highly desirable)
- Comfortable in a KPI-driven, performance-focused environment
- Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home-working setup
