About the Role

You will be supporting a young female in her own home, providing tailored, one-to-one care and support that promotes independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting daily routines and personal care
• Encouraging independence and life skills
• Supporting with activities, hobbies, and community access
• Providing emotional reassurance and companionship
• Ensuring a safe, structured, and positive environment

About You

Aucklands Care is looking for someone who is:

• Confident working independently in a home environment

Essential requirements:

• Previous care/support experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Female applicant (due to the nature of the role)

Pay & Benefits

• £13.50–£14.50 per hour (depending on experience)
