Crystal Funeral Planning is seeking a proactive and personable Telemarketer to join the dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients via telephone to promote products and services, generate leads, and support business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English, Experience in tele sales, telemarketing, and familiarity with CRM software will be highly advantageous. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales expertise within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services
• Qualify leads and gather relevant client information for follow-up
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions within Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales and appointment opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies
• Keep abreast of product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to clients
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations during all interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales sales, or related roles is essential, preferably in an regulated industry
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone
• A professional demeanour with good organisational and time management skills
