Duties

Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately

Organising and maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of documents

Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks software

Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff members

Preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents as required

Handling administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and distributing mail

Supporting team members with various clerical duties to enhance overall office efficiency

Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times

Proven office experience with strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks

Excellent typing speed with high accuracy for data entry tasks
