Duties

  • Manage client enquiries via email and provide updates and acknowledgements.

  • Organise enquiries and maintain diary

  • General admin

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and others

  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities, ensuring prompt and professional responses with appropriate phone etiquette

  • Maintain organised records of content calendars, campaign results, and audience insights

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media tools, algorithms, and best practices

Experience

  • Proven experience in office administration or social media management roles

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications

  • Experience with data entry, organisational tasks, and clerical responsibilities.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Previous experience using social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms is desirable

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via phone and written correspondence
