Full Job Description
Cafe Cannoli Limited is looking for a part-time Sales Assistant to work at or run one of its market/festival stalls during weekends and bank holidays.
At these events, the focus is on the product and the customer experience. The role requires someone who can naturally engage with people, be welcoming and helpful, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The stall must be kept clean and well stocked with fresh produce throughout the day.
No experience is necessary as full on-the-job training will be provided to the right person. However, a driving licence, attention to detail, and a bubbly personality are essential.
Cafe Cannoli Limited is looking for individuals who are willing to work hard, learn, represent the brand, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role offers a warm working environment, good pay with bonuses, and opportunities for progression or full-time employment for the right candidate.
Duties
- Collect display equipment and products from the unit in Redditch
- Drive to event locations
- Set up the stall
- Arrange and display products
- Serve and sell products to customers
- Handle payments
- Pack down the stall after events
Requirements
- No experience required (training provided)
- Full manual driving licence (required)
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to engage with customers confidently
- Attention to detail and a positive, energetic personality
