CCTV Focus UK is a growing security solutions provider delivering high-quality CCTV installation and monitoring services to residential and commercial clients across the UK. CCTV Focus UK is looking for a proactive and organised Virtual Assistant to support operations as the company continues to expand.
Role Overview
As a Virtual Assistant, this role supports the day-to-day operations of CCTV Focus UK by managing communication, administration, and logistics. This helps ensure the team can focus on delivering services to clients.
This is a part-time remote position of approximately 20 hours per week, ideally suited for someone based in the Birmingham area (B8/B28).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer & manage office calls
- Manage team calendar & scheduling
- Prepare quotations and invoices
- Maintain and update customer files
- Manage and update Pipedrive CRM
- Handle email correspondence
- Maintain and track sign-off sheets
- Manage WhatsApp Business communications
- Order and coordinate stock (B8 area collection)
- Conduct residential online video assessments
Requirements
- Previous experience as a VA, administrator, or in a similar support role
- Confident communicator — over phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Experience with CRM software (Pipedrive experience is a plus)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
- Own vehicle and valid UK driver’s licence — occasional stock collection in the B8 area and office visits to B28 required
- Based within a reasonable distance of Birmingham (B8/B28)
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
