Company Overview

BLC Promotions is a lead generation agency operating in the renewable energy and energy grant industries, including ECO4, Heat Pump, and Solar. The company serves over 50 clients across the UK, generating leads and sales.

BLC Promotions is looking for a dial-confident telesales representative who enjoys being on the phone, follows process, and consistently books appointments.

Role Description

This is a remote, dial-heavy role involving:

• 200+ outbound calls per day
• 30–40 hours per week
• Shifts between 8am–7pm UK time, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturday preferred)
• 5+ hours per day actively on the phone

The role focuses solely on warm inbound leads — homeowners who have requested information via online ads. No cold calling is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Contact leads quickly and efficiently
• Qualify leads using a clear script and criteria
• Book appointments for home surveys or quotes on behalf of clients
• Track KPIs such as dials and bookings daily

Full training is provided, though experience in the Heat Pump or Solar industries is advantageous.

Main Responsibilities

• Call and qualify leads from the company’s online software
• Update and manage leads in the software
• Book appointments on behalf of clients
• Communicate with clients as needed
• Attend training sessions and team meetings

What BLC Promotions Is Looking For

Successful candidates will:

• Be comfortable making high volumes of calls
• Follow a script while sounding natural and human
• Take feedback well and implement it quickly
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Use good judgment and common sense on calls

Experience required:

• Sales, telesales, call centres, or customer-facing roles
• Experience in ECO4, Heat Pump, Solar, or renewables is a strong advantage but not essential

• You struggle with call targets or performance tracking
• You are not comfortable with feedback or structured scripts
• You are looking for a passive or low-output role

Required Skills

• Clear, confident spoken English
• Strong work ethic and reliability
