Full Job Description

Strive Online is looking for a Client Success Manager to help manage relationships with clients, provide weekly updates, and support day-to-day operations within a fast-growing digital marketing agency.

Strive Online provides digital marketing services to uk trades businesses eg roofing/tree removal/ landscaping etc..

You will be the main point of contact for clients and onboarding, helping to keep communication smooth, professional, and proactive.

This is a remote role with flexible hours, ideal for someone organized, reliable, and comfortable working with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients via WhatsApp, email, and calls

• Sending weekly performance updates and reports

• Responding to client questions and requests

• Helping keep client accounts organized and updated

• Coordinating with media buyers and internal team

• Supporting general VA and administrative tasks

• Keeping CRM and notes up to date

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Comfortable speaking to clients professionally

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts

• Reliable internet connection and laptop

Preferred (but not essential)

• Experience in digital marketing or agencies

• Familiarity with Meta Ads or lead generation

• Experience using CRMs

Pay & Hours

• Part-time to start

• Opportunity to increase hours as the company grows
