Role Overview
Hartford Care is seeking a Night Care Assistant to provide high-quality, individualised care for residents. The role focuses on promoting and upholding residents’ privacy, dignity, and independence at all times.
The position requires creating a happy, caring, and safe atmosphere, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional, and psychological support tailored to each resident. Staff and residents may have different needs, and respect for these differences is essential.
No previous experience is required, as full training is provided. Candidates must demonstrate a flexible, hard-working, and caring attitude, have a right to work in the UK, and be ready to work as part of a dedicated team.
