Full Job Description
Best choice care is recruiting compassionate care workers. Sponsorship is available immediately for displacement workers in the care industry.
Compassionate Care Workers are required to support adults, seniors, and other patients so they can live safely and independently at home. This role involves working across multiple locations. Applicants are encouraged to submit their CV if they wish to make a meaningful difference in society.
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Driving license is required
Work is community-based and involves travel
Important:
This role is not suitable for individuals who do not wish to travel within the community or who prefer a more structured environment such as a nursing home.
Before You Start the Role
Best choice care will begin induction, online training, and Care Certificate training once all paperwork has been completed. This includes the application form and a healthcare questionnaire.
Job shadowing will begin after DBS clearance is returned

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Duties vary depending on the level of care required and the level of training completed. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Providing emotional and physical support for vulnerable and frail service users
Mobility assistance
Toileting and incontinence care
Bath and shower assistance
Conversation and companionship
Teeth brushing
Preparing nutritious meals and feeding
Housework and laundry
Grocery shopping
Monitoring health
Driving service users to appointments

More complex care requirements
