Role Overview
Heypi Care Services is seeking dedicated, empathetic, and reliable Care Assistants to join its growing team. Care Workers will support clients with daily needs, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.
UK Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship is available for eligible and qualified candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Care: Assist clients with hygiene, bathing, dressing, and other daily living activities while maintaining dignity.
Companionship: Provide emotional support to prevent isolation and promote mental well-being.
Daily Living Support: Help with meal planning, preparation, feeding, and light domestic tasks.
Health & Safety: Support safe mobility and physical transfers.
Medication: Prompt or assist with medication administration according to individual care plans.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily logs and report any changes in a client’s health or well-being to management.
Requirements
Genuine passion for helping others with a compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
Previous experience in a care setting is highly desirable, though comprehensive training is provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and families.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing needs.
