Students’ Union UCL is a registered charity employing over 150 career staff and 300 student staff, delivering a wide range of services and representative functions for UCL students.

Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate marketing activity across the Students’ Union throughout the year.
Key focus areas include leading campaigns and projects such as:
- Varsity
- Leadership Race
- International Festival
- End of Year Awards
The role involves working with 10+ departments across the Union.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns and content
- Lead event activations and wider campaign delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Coordinate stakeholders and balance priorities
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of teams
- Support event delivery and campaign execution
- Contribute to creative ideas and campaign development
Ideal Candidate Profile
The role is suited to a candidate with:
- Experience planning and delivering innovative marketing campaigns
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence in stakeholder coordination
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience supporting campaign delivery and creative execution
