Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate marketing activity across the Students’ Union throughout the year.

Key focus areas include leading campaigns and projects such as:

  • Varsity
  • Leadership Race
  • International Festival
  • End of Year Awards

The role involves working with 10+ departments across the Union.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns and content
  • Lead event activations and wider campaign delivery
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Coordinate stakeholders and balance priorities
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Work collaboratively with a wide range of teams
  • Support event delivery and campaign execution
  • Contribute to creative ideas and campaign development

Ideal Candidate Profile

The role is suited to a candidate with:

  • Experience planning and delivering innovative marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence in stakeholder coordination
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience supporting campaign delivery and creative execution
