Looking for a job that fits around your week? Clearanswer Call Centre LTD is hiring Evening and Weekend Team Members to join a friendly and energetic team.
Evening and weekend positions available: 4 weekday shifts (5pm to 9pm) plus one full weekend day.
Clearanswer Call Centre LTD is a multi-award winning UK contact centre with over 20 successful years operating in Hull, Middlesbrough, and Leeds. The company is recruiting PART TIME Inbound Sales & Service Advisors for BT & EE campaigns, helping customers with broadband, mobile, and TV services while delivering excellent customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls from BT & EE customers
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and packages
- Work towards achievable sales and service targets
- Be part of a friendly and supportive team in a new site

- Motivation to achieve targets and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is an advantage but not essential

Important Information
Clearanswer Call Centre LTD does not currently offer home working. Staff are required to commute to the Hull office in East Yorkshire.
