Role Overview
The Bridge Care is looking for dedicated Support Workers to provide practical and emotional support to adults with complex care needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent, and safe lives.
No prior experience is required — full training is provided. The role suits those with a kind heart, positive attitude, and genuine passion for helping people.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene)
- Support daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
- Help with medication and attending health appointments
- Encourage social interaction and participation in activities
- Provide emotional reassurance and companionship
- Promote independence, dignity, and choice
Shift Patterns & Hours
Day Shifts: 07:30 – 21:30
Night Shifts: 21:15 – 07:45
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Part-time: 28 hours per week
Flexibility and reliability are essential, as weekends are included in the rota.
