Support Worker – Hill Farm & Sunnyfields
Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
Drivers Ideally (Full UK Licence Preferred)
This role involves providing safe, person-centred support to help individuals live full and independent lives.
Please note: Flexibility is required, and work will be expected across both Hill Farm and Sunnyfields depending on service needs.
About the Role
Providing day-to-day support to promote independence
Supporting with shopping, appointments, leisure activities and personal care
Driving may form part of the role, including use of company vehicles or the vehicles of the people supported
Shifts include days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
What Optimal Living Ltd Is Looking For
A compassionate and reliable individual with a genuine desire to support others
Ideally a full UK driver comfortable supporting people in the community
A flexible team player willing to work across both service locations
No previous experience required – full training will be provided
