Pay Rates
- Respite Calls: £12.60 – £13.20/hour
- Homecare Calls:
- £14.25/hour (Mon–Fri, 7am–6pm)
- £14.75/hour (Mon–Fri, 6pm–10pm)
- £15.25/hour (Weekends)
- £16.25/hour (Bank Holidays)
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting adults (18+) with disabilities, long-term conditions, or mental health needs
- Building long-term relationships with regular clients
- Providing care through minimum 30-minute visits (no rushed care)
